In pre-clinical trials, the Viper™ Catheter demonstrated safety while operating in the left and even right cardiac ventricle — an area anatomically thinner than the left ventricle — and in infarcted zones.
It minimizes the need for intracardiac mapping, significantly reduces the risk of perforating fragile or damaged tissue and enables targeted delivery of regenerative agents.
Cardiac diseases are the #1 killers worldwide, which is why we have developed this unique multifunctional device – targeted initially at the treatment of heart-related conditions with stem cell and gene therapies (chronic coronary diseases, myocardial infarcts, heart failure, cardiomyopathies, cardiac arrhythmias).
A novel cure for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, as the Viper™ can do alcohol septal ablation as well as injecting directly to the hypertrophic tissue; Dermal Filler injection into a myocardial infarction to attenuate infarction and limit cardiac remodeling.
Since cardiac problems are often associated with problems like the narrowing of peripheral artery and other vessels, it is important to check all vessels at the same time. Conventional solutions to this require multiple catheters, where the Viper™ Catheter can do it alone.
Viper™ has two injection needles, so can deliver any combination of agents at the same time.
Designed for treatment of a broad variety of organs – cardiovascular, neurological, oncological, hepatic, renal, gastro-intestinal, uro-genital disorders and more. Safely and quickly delivers therapeutic agents – like drugs, stem cells, biologics, etc.
Also able to perform diagnostic procedures – angiography, ventriculography, biopsy, ultrasonic intervention, and visual observation among others. The only injection catheter which excludes the risk of organ perforation, so it is safe for users who previously could not tolerate catheter-injection because of thin organ walls.
Simultaneously delivers two therapeutic agents, and distributes them homogenously. Prevents agent back leakage, and reduces the total cardiac treatment time to 20 minutes (20 injections). Is easy to use and requires minimal training.
Our initial prototype successfully passed preliminary animal trials. We are ready to produce the advanced prototype and proceed to further animal trials.
